Hi all, not posting in the equipment forums because I think this is more firmware related and should be the same for other mounts from 10micron. After being switched on for 5-ish days, and of course usage at night, our GM4000 HPS decided that it was tired and apparently shut itself down. When I came to the dome to check what's happening the handpad said "Shutting down mount...". It also has been parked at this point for more than 12 hours. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this? Can this behavior be disabled somewhere? The weird thing is that it seemed to be stuck on this screen. I had to press the power button to switch it off and on again. After that everything worked as expected. Ciao, Philipp |

| My GM2000 HPS doesn't shut down but it will randomly disconnect from SGP causing it not to flip, slew or park after the disconnect. |
