Hello members of the Beta Testers group! I'm working on adding support for video files to AstroBin and I need some testing material... Can you guys send me some of your files so I can test locally? Any format (AVI, MP4, MKV, MPEG, etc. Please no GIFs), any size (large files also welcome because I need to test memory constraints when encoding). Please use some external storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft One Drive, Apple iCloud, Mega... whatever you want). Send me your solar flares, comet animations, time-lapses, planet rotations, etc. The more files I get, and the more varies they are, the better. Thank you! Salvatore |

Hi Gary, that one on your AstroBin doesn't count, it's a GIF Terribly inefficient as a format, for longer videos!I'm working on adding support for actual video files such as MOV, AVI, MP4, etc. Thanks for your videos, I will add them to my test folder! |
