@Brian Boyle Thanks for posting the link!

For new contributors, please use the booking form above to volunteer to image a field. The spreadsheet isn't editable, but just place a comment in a ID column for field that you'd like to image and one of the moderators will add you in when we get a chance. By all means please start imaging before the field is 'officially' recorded in your name - the point of the spreadsheet is mainly to keep track of people's efforts so we don't get too much doubling up.

Once you've grabbed your data and completed the linear processing, please let @Brian Boyle know and your data can be added to the master collection.

Any problems or questions please let me know.

This is likely a dumb question, but is the 9 x 6 frame RA x DEC or DEC x RA? Planning on contributing a few frames in a week or so.

Hi Dan,  That would be great. 9 (RA) by 6 (Dec). Welcome to the collaboration

Great to have you on board! Do you know your sky brightness by any chance? I'm B3 or thereabouts and generally find 2.5-3.0 hours is sufficient integration time. Brian has some nice dark NZ skies and gets away with 1-2 hours. By all means send through an image once you have one (32-bit RGB floating point format is preferred, although these run to almost 300 MB) and I can run a quick statistical check.

Where are you based by the way?

Thanks! I am in Los Angeles but I usually spend a few nights every new moon at dark sites. This month I’m heading to a spot just north of Death Valley at 2500m. Around 37° N.

Usually get between 21.6 and 21.8 there. I’ll be using my wide field rig which consists of a modified Canon 6D and a Nikkor 180mm f2.8 at f4 all riding on a GTI. I’ll likely aim for four hours per panel so I’ll maybe get two panels per night. I’ll be sure to add a comment to the spreadsheet for the fields I want to aim for.
