I've been lurking on the sidelines for quite a while now and, having only recently finished imaging and editing my first deep sky object, I thought it was about time to introduce myself. So, hello from Western Australia.  This time almost 12 months ago and, with travel restrictions and lockdowns on the horizon, I decided to pick up a telescope with the intention of attaching my DSLR to it and taking some images from the backyard. Well, things escalated pretty significantly and, after 4 months, I finally had my first dedicated astrophotography setup. Unfortunately I haven't been able to image half as much as I would have liked to recently due to work and family commitments, however, I'm determined to get back out there ASAP and start working on my next project.
