Description

Abell 20 (PK 214+07.1) is a small (~1.1 arc minutes) planetary nebula is located in the constellation of Canis Minor.  The nebula is very circular in shape with a distinctive blue progenitor star visible in the very center.

The Oiii signal is signifcantly more pronouced than the Ha, and this object captured well with the use of the D1 dual band Ha/Oiii 6nm filter from Colour Magic
