Description

The galactic filming period has just begun! Extensive sampling using a camera with a small sensor and small pixels, 11" SC telescope with focal ratio increased to F2. With this image I close the first test on the JWT Astronomy Trident mount which seems to be up to its task!
The image shows the work of some nights with an unfavorable sky, but a night with a quality of the sky I have never seen from my house, with SQM 20.74!!
M63 The Sunflower Galaxy, visible in the Constellation of Canes Da Caccia, extends for approximately 100,000 light years. Its spiral arms are crossed by bands of cosmic dust, with countless zones of star formation. Its distance from Earth is estimated to be as much as 37 million light-years.
Hope you like it!
Clear skies everyone!
