Description

I observed this object on 18 June 2015 at the Black Canyon of the Gunnison in Colorado using a 12” Skywatcher Dobsonian: Dim patch. Appears to have a well concentrated core and a large halo.

I observed this object on 26 September 2016 at the Okie-Tex Star Party using a 12” Skywatcher Dobsonian: This globular cluster is a moderately bright irregular patch at 150x. It is uniformly bright.

I obtained the calibrated lights frames used to create the final image from Telescope Live. The frames were imaged by the CHI-1-CMOS Telescope at the El Sauce Observatory in Chile.
