Description

I'd never really had a strong desire to image the Heart nebula after someone had pointed out it looked reminiscent of something else that is not a heart... Now I can't un-see it. Regardless, it was positioned well in the sky and with the full moon overhead I needed to target an emission nebula with both rigs.  Now that I've been looking at this for a few days it has grown on me.

This was the first time I've used the NormalizeScaleGradient script in pixinsight an although I've not done a direct comparison I feel it has improved the quality of the final integration significantly.

The stars are a bit egg shaped. I've been dealing with some rather severe DEC backlash on my tiny AZ-GTi that cannot be removed mechanically due to the construction of the gearboxes used.  I've since found a solution but the majority of the subs suffered.
