Tracking and Goto : EQMOD and Stellarium

PHD2 Multistar Guiding ( 0.50 to 0.60 arc sec total )
150 x 2min dithered subs ( total 5 hours )
3 x 40 Flats ( 3 nights )
60 x Bias
Stacked in Deep Sky Stacker ( Multiple nights stacking using Reference Frame )
Processed in Startools version 1.8 ( data set loaded via Compose , used OSC Bi color )
SHO rendition using Matrix
As usual used Startools Spatially Variant PSF Deconvolution with excellent results ( stars are pin point and atmospheric blurring greatly reduced ( Binned the data set to 65% this time )

Title: IC 2944 Running Chicken Nebula using OSC Antlia ALPT

Description: A reprocess of IC2944 in Startools which exposed more detail in the outer regions
Binned Data to 71%
Used a wider Region of Interest (ROI) in AutoDev
Reduced Gamma to 0.95 and Linearity to 60%
Used Shrink to tame Star field
Did not use any Superstructure modules
Color Mapping some slight changes
Increased Noise Reduction to 4 pixels

Description: Last revision on this image
Used the Super Structure module in Startools ( Brightness tool ) to lift the main structures without losing too much fine detail
Also increased the saturation slightly
Image now exhibits a bit more lift

Views by Submitters (available since September 19th, 2023) Every image is assigned to 50% of available Submitters. In the event that at least 80% of them don't view the image before its time in the IOTD/TP process expires, it's assigned to the other 50% of Submitters and the process begins anew.
Promotions by Submitters When 3 distinct Submitters promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for Top Pick status. This requirement, in addition to anonymization of images and distribution to only a subset of them, prevents biases and ensures that the best images are selected.
Promotions by Reviewers When 3 distinct Reviewers promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for IOTD status.
Early dismissal Staff members have a lot of images to inspect on a daily basis, and they can dismiss images if they believe they don't meet the requirements for IOTD/TP selection. If an image is dismissed 5 times, it's removed from the process. This streamlines the process and ensures that any bias present in promotions could be overruled by other staff members.
