Description

The Great Nebula in Orion has always been one of my favorite visual targets. This is my first attempt at imaging the nebula and at processing an image in PixInsight.

I captured this image using SharpCap, stacked in DeepSkyStacker and did the majority of processing in PixInsight. I did a little bit of touch up in Photoshop.
