Description

I took a look at the topic of supernova and targeted a supernova remnant. More precisely NGC 6853 and also known as the Dumbbell Nebula.
I took the picture last night with a 1000mm Newtonian telescope and an exposure time of 4 hours in my garden observatory.
About the object itself:
The Dumbbell Nebula is a mag 7.5 planetary nebula about 1300 light years distant in the constellation of the Fox. Formed about 10,000 years ago from the envelope ejected from a red giant star in its terminal phase, the nebula is expanding at a speed of about 30 km/s. Source WIKI
