Description

NGC 281or IC 11 is an emission nebula and active star forming region in cassiopeia. The cluster of bright stars is IC 1850 and source of its ionisation. The nebula is part of a larger molecular cloud in the Perseus arm of our Milky Way. I think it really looks like the ghosts from Pacman.

I really enjoy doing OSC with the RASA, although it is fiddly to set up correctly. This was shot through cloud holes by Voyager automation software. The RASA really helps to make the most out of these currently rare holes.
