Description

Comet C/2022 E3 ZTF might just reach naked eye brightness (fingers crossed) in the early months of 2023.  As of mid October the comet is rather low in the western sky at dusk and is increasingly more difficult as this lunation progresses.  Luckily, for us northern hemisphere occupants, the comet will reappear in the morning sky by the end of November and will continue to improve in visibility then on - if it behaves as predicted.

Quite active already, the comet here is ~12.1 magnitude, 2.2 AU away from  us and is surrounded by a bucket load of galaxies.
