Description

I wanted to do some imaging at f/10 and M 27 seemed like a good target for that. Data collected over 2 nights. I kept the saturation subdued. M 27 (The Dumbbell Nebula) is a planetary nebula 8 arcmin in diameter and about 1360 light-years away.  The red glow is from ionized hydrogen and the blue-green from ionized oxygen.
