Description:
Comet C/2020 M3 (ATLAS) imaged on November 18, 2020 when at its closest approach to Earth also reached its maximum visual brightness at magnitude 7.5, then it showed a large gaseous coma with 10 minutes in angular size within it this is a short tail in southwest direction. The sky background shows an area of very faint reddish hydrogen clouds at north of the constellation Orion that is part of the huge Barnard Loop.
