Description

Last weekend, we went to see my father in law in Gérce, who resides in a little village under moderately dark skies (a lot better than the suburban one at home). I thought about to photograph a less common subject. I planned to take 60 5 minutes long subs, but unfortunately the telescope fogged up and in the end only 16 subs remained for stacking.

I didn't think it would be possible to capture so many details in just 80 minutes under dark skies, but I decided to process them anyway. It's a pity that the capturing 60 x 5 minutes long subs plan didn't work out, but after seeing the end result, I decided that I'm contended with how it turned out, there are no huge "what ifs" remaining in me.
