Description

This dark nebula, known as both Barnard 268 and LDN 185/192, is located in the constellation of Ophiuchus at a declination of -20 degrees.  I could find no information on this object.

It seems like this dark nebula is rarely imaged.  I could not find another image of it on Astrobin, but surely there must be another image out there somewhere on this beautiful object.

As usual, my mind can make a number of figures and patterns out of this complex dark nebula, none of which I want to admit to.
