Description

Back in August 21' I took an opportunity to begin imaging this wide field view of the Constellation Cepheus.

At the bottom of this image is the blue reflection nebula NGC 7023 aka the Iris nebula which is illuminated internally by the very bright star HD 200775. Above the center is a dark nebula vdB 141 aka the Ghost nebula.

Much of this region is brown/gold galactic cirrus which reflects light emitted by the milkyway. There is also alot of bluish reflection nebula illuminated by the very bright stars in this region.

I collected this data over 2 nights.
I shot 6.66hrs at my friends property in natural bridge. It got to a mag 21.4 that night.

I shot another 7.66hrs at my house which is in the suburbs, the darkest it gets here is mag 20.4 around 1 am.

I was able to get a good amount of color from this data but I may continue to add more data and re process next year.
