Description

Spiral Galaxy NCG 2403 (Caldwell 7) is one large bright object at a distance of 12 million light-years in the faint constellation "giraffe" which lies in the same galaxy group as the better known M81 and M82 galaxies. A beauty in my mind.

We are still in the process of improving field curvature and star shapes. After some fiddling around we still need to adjust backfocus distance which requires some additional equipment, which still has not arrived. Despite the insufficient star shapes we gave it a try and imaged this over two nights. Hope you like it. Critic and comments are very welcome!
