Description

Here is a widefield image that I took back in November of Cepheus. I was test running the unmodified Sony A7R3 with the Samyang 135mm f2. My adapter needs some tweaking to get the corners just right, or maybe its time to get a good EF-FE adapter like the MC-11. I like the camera, it has about a quarter of the noise observed in the 550d and alot more dynamic range at each iso, and of course more than double the resolution. I was concerned about star eater in my individual subs, but I dont think its an issue after stacking the data, these stars are much larger than a single pixel at 135mm of focal length.
