Description

This is a modified SHO version with synthetically optimized stars from SHO data to RGB converted. The raw data are from Telescope.Live from a Takahashi FSQ 104ED, equipped with a FLI-PL16083 CCD camera with Ha, OIII and SII filters. Since the pixelsize is by far to large for that focal length, I had to drizzle the data to get rid of square stars.

As the data had been taken over a period of half a year, sometimes only one or two per day, I include only a few of them for information

Processing primarily in APP, then in PixInsight and Photoshop.

In total 34x600" Ha, 34x00" OIII and 34x600" SII.

Interesting is the fact that Abell 85 is not really that nebula, it is listed as CTB1. Abell85 is the entire region there with about 500 galaxies at an estimated distance from Earth of about 700Mio LJ. There is also the currently largest Black Hole inside of Holm 15a with about 40Billion sunmasses.
The nebula itself is rather weak and needs long exposure time and consists of a lot of Ha and SII and some OIII and is estimated to be about 10000LJ distant. The OIII emission is in the North/East, that´s why I rotated the image to the probably proper orientation.
