Description

A yellowish image of the nice NGC 288 globular cluster. It is in the sculptor constellation and quite close to the famous sculptor galaxy. One thing quite interesting about this cluster is that the core is not extremely dense, so, in the image it can be identified stars even from the centre.
One motivation to try this cluster was the small galaxy GSA N02 or PGC 3068, I found nice to try other objects in the vicinity of the globular clusters.
This is the Hubble image, as usual, an amazing one, it also shows the abundance of more yellow stars (visible spectrum) https://esahubble.org/images/potw1111a/
I will try another stretch to see if I can improve the colour,  enhancing also the blue stars.

Title: Different colour calibration

Description: I did a different colour calibration not considering photometric colour calibration, actually that was causing to go yellowish. So, now you can distinguish a wider variety of star colours within the cluster. Of course, the spectra looks a bit up, but it gave a better overall result.

Title: New colour calibration

Description: As before, I did not use photometric colour calibration but autocolour instead. Next I adjust the levels to get closer to well know images of the cluster from observatories.
