Description

Crater chain near the horizon south of Mare Crisium, the largest four being from left to right: Langrenus, Vendelimus, Petavius (center), Furnerius (wondering how they did find all these fancy names. Do as the Romans do). The Mare underneath crater Langrenus at the left is Fecunditatis, at the bottom lies Mare Nectaris. A three-pane mosaic, 5ms, gain 100, 8-bit mono, IR-cut filter.
