Astronomy has been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up I followed the shuttle program religiously, had countless shuttle models (some of which I used to love launching with my dad), and begged my parents to send me to Space Camp in FL which never panned out.
The first time I looked through a telescope, I looked at the Moon through my red (toy) Bushnell telescope. I have recently purchased a brand new telescope in the hope of capturing and sharing some of the wonders our observable universe has to offer.
I have one.
