Old Images A collection by Jake Turner

These are images taken from Providence, RI on my Fornax Lightrack II from the rooftop of my old apartment. Because I had to sit with the scope while I used it and I had to tear everything down each night, I could only collect between 3 and 4 hours of data on any given night, and some of that time would be spent resetting the tracker. Now that I am in a house with a backyard, the lengths of my projects have significantly increased, helped in no small part by upgrading to a CEM26 that can image all night without attention.

While I love these images for what they represented at the time, my data collection and processing skills have improved greatly. Consider this a sort of archive folder.
