A long and fruitful career in astronomy (engineering side). I've enjoyed visual observing and telescope making for many years. Now retired, I've switched to astrophotography. I enjoy the technical challenges and rewards for making these images as "real" as my gear and knowledge will allow. I am always amazed and in wonder at the complexity and beauty of the universe. I hope these images help others to be similarly inspired.
