Who me? Always had a fascination with the night sky ever since my Dad showed me constellations and planets through binoculars. Then he got me a tiny telescope - but I never saw anything!
Many years later and I was in a position to get a proper telescope to see the universe from my urban light fog - but as many do got sucked into astrophoto to see the rest of it - with the big newt, great for visual, sucks for photo but I am making it work to the point where they please me..... till the next one!
The rest of life, done 1000's of skydives, coach and cameraman, dive instructor, climbing instructor - did El Cap back in 2016 and a foraging instructor for a living. Started another family a couple of years back and now have quiet time with my rig every now and then. Busy busy busy.
Hardest thing in astro - processing. Hard to find a time when I am awake enough to improve. Best thing about astro, seeing the 1st subs of a new invible object from millions of light years away, still excited like a little kid 8-)
