I first got into astronomy when I was 12 years old with a DIY 4" dobsonian kit from Stargazer Steve. I always dreamed of being able to take photos of the night sky, but never had the ability to do it.
After falling out of the hobby for 20 years, in 2020 I picked up an old Meade LX10 to do some visual observing. Shortly afterwards I dove head-first into the astrophotraphy hobby that I always dreamed of.
Starting off with a small refractor and a DSLR and slowly upgrading to my current rig of a RASA and a mono cam.
