Digital processing in astrophotography can be said to be unable to reach its own limits, due to the complexity and multiple possibilities of accessing processing functions, which is obviously above an easily accessible average level. Processing is a real "University" unknown to many. Often, tons of raw files are ignored, deleted, forgotten on magnetic media (by AP's), after minimal processing, without knowing what they hide in them, as a whole, and how what is "missing" can be revealed.
