Description

Sh2-268 center.  Sh2-261, Lower’s Nebula, left and others.  All of these are part of the OriGem Loop a supernova remnant identified using radio data in the 1970s.
(The Origem Loop: an Old Supernova Remnant in the Anticentre, Elly M. Berkhuijsen, Planck-Institut für Radioastronomie Bonn, Received May 20, 1974)
The center of the loop is below left of center near the triangle of stars.  Narrowband Hydrogen-alpha, Oxygen III, and Sulfur II assigned to red, green, and blue as HOO with sulfur evenly assigned to RG & B.
Stars slightly reduced in AstroPixelProcessor.
