Description

The double star 79 UMa (Mizar and Alcor) is only about 80 light years away from the Milky Way. In a dark, clear night you can resolve this double star with your eyes because the distance of 11.8 arc minutes is greater than the resolving power of the normal eye. The conditions were unfavorable due to the moonlight and clouds gathering, so I only picked up lights without guiding.
