Description

My second attempt with my new ASI2600MM and LRGB filters. Data from my backyard bortle 6 with full moon. Prior attempts with LRGB in light polluted moonlit skies were failures. In this test I put my OSC Lpro filter on my flattener and then shot all LRGB mono filters. at least I'm able to process this data. couldn't get anywhere near correct color using Pixinsight's LRGB Combination, so I tried APP's Combine RGB tool. this gave me a usable file to process even though color is off a bit. With 2 filters at a time I probably need a lot more subs. The detail is good though, feel free to pixel peep. I keep non-cropped for wide field view/testing...lightness in bottom right quadrant is probably due to moonlit, I didn't want to push the dark point any further. Tonight I'll use my OSC camera with the Lpro for a comparison.

Description: a little decon to bring out detail in galaxy. don't think I can push it further. I'm fascinated by the number of distant galaxies that can be plate solved. This affirms that using a light pollution filter in front of LRGB filters in a full moon can produce a good image. With dual filters, I do need more RGB data to get proper color.
