Description

Here is the latest image from Sawtooth Skies Observatory. IC 342 is a beautiful  face on spiral galaxy in the constellation Camelopardalis The light from this galaxy is heavily attenuated or dimmed by the intervening dust and gas from our own Milky Way. While not part of our local group, this is a major spiral,  both in mass and size. Approximately 7 million light years distant,
