Description

This nice small globular cluster is very close to Omega Centauri, and quite close also from Centaurus A, so it is not estrange that it does not get so much attention, compared with its spectacular cousins. Furthermore it is next to a reasonable bright star.

I found it very nice and, in the nearby there is also a blue planetary nebula in this image, it is almost just a dot, the NGC 5307, but still the light bluish dot is clearly visible.
