Description

I captured this 2 nights ago with my 190mm Mak/Newt.  This is one time I really with I had an electronic rotator.  I switched to this target in the early morning from the comfort of my couch and was too lazy to go out and rotate my camera, LOL.  Plus I had captured a couple of galaxies earlier in the night, so I figured moving my camera might mess up my Flat captures in the morning.  So I didn't quite get all of the nebula in my FOV, but I do like the detail that my 190mm and the 2600MC pulled out.  I may recapture and try to get the rest of the target through a mosaic.

I love how the big stars look in the image, with natural spikes.

This target doesn't need much background as it is one of the most recognizable deep space targets and so easily seen with the naked eye.  Hope you enjoy!!!
