UPDATE:  Original image is a widefield view.  The GAME mask was used in version K to highlight the Bubble PN a bit better.
----------------------------------------------

It has been a few months since I have been on AB, due to the weather and personal reasons, but I decided to post this one image I took a few nights ago as I was stunned by a rare clear evening in the Florida summer with heat and humidity.  Frankly, this was supposed to be a simple maintenance test of the Tak as I changed filters and had to deal with realigning the 6200 for its tilt.  This is an HOO NB image with HOO stars.

This is a portion of the massive Sadr region.  I chose this area because it contains a number of varied objects, I was interested in.   As you can see of the advanced plate solver, there are literally dozens of fascinating objects in this region.

Cresent nebula (NGC6888)- perhaps the most well-known/recognizable object in this region, it is an emission nebula about 5,000 light-years from Earth.

Soap Bubble Planetary nebula (PN G075.5+01.7)- only discover in 2007 by an amateur astronomer, this faint but beautiful PN is located not far from the Crescent nebula (see version J for a closeup).  I need to capture this with my C11" one night.

Revenant of the Swan Permanent Nova (P Cygni, 34 Cygni)- The star is an irregular variable and has, over the past 500 years, shown major brightening. Because of its variability and extreme outbursts in the 17th century, the star was thought to be a recurring nova. Presumably it was named the 'Revenant of the Swan' because it exhibited a repeated and unexpected return to life after multiple deaths or novae.  It lies about 6000 light years from Earth. With a mass 37 times and radius 76 times that of our Sun. It is 610,000 times more luminous than the Sun and this is the reason it can be seen from such a great distance. It is one of the most luminous stars known in the Milky Way. (excerpt from the Jodrell Plank Observatory website).  Also shown in the version J closeup.

Open Cluster - (M29) this, like the Soap Bubble PN, is easy to miss in this sea of nebulosity, but it is actually located in the northern zone of the region where the nebulosity is less dense.  It is a beautiful cluster which can be more appreciated having RGB stars.
