Description

In my quest for Supernova hunting I made this image of NGC4414, unfortunately is the Supernova not so bright anymore and incoming clouds ended my session to soon. The Supernova is the tiny blob in the upperleft of the nucleus. Only visible in the highest resolution. Also are there very very much background galaxys visible! On my Ipad I can not see the advanced plate solve 😢.

NGC 4414 appears roughly 1.9 x 1.1 arcminutes in size, corresponding to a physical diameter of 30803 light years. It is 54 million light years from our solar system.
