I had this data set sitting on my HD for a couple of months and this weekend I decided to finally face it, because I knew it was going to be a challenging one to process, but I gotta admit I didn't expect this object to be so difficult. This nebula is very faint and it's located in a very starry field, so the nebulosity is almost burried in stars, which makes revealling the nebula and its fainter arms a really challenging job, especially when photographing it using only broadband RGB filters, like I did here.
Besides all that, I had to deal with an enormous artifact caused by internal lens reflection, which didn't make the processing any easier - You can see the big artifact

Despite all of that, I believe I managed to finally get a pleasant result, especially since it's been a while since my last time dedicating so much of my time into astrophotography processing. Hopefully I will have more time to process and publish other data sets I have here just waiting to be processed into a great astro photo. I hope you enjoyed the picture as much as I did.
