Description

Well...

At 4 billion and a bunch killometers distance, and a tinny 2,4 arcsec disc, any claim for a surface cloud details detection is to be put under serious doubt.

This said, here it is: Neptune, using a C11 at f/25, a Baader 610 nm filter, 3000 frames at 700 ms exposure.

Triton is a given, no hard times getting it.

As for the disc of Neptune, it looks like there is a brightening at the south pole and maybe some banding and/or bright spot near the equator.

The seeing was really good at the moment of the capture, right before the imaging of Uranus, which resulted in some feature detection too, so...
