Since my setup is a little bit undersampled, I'm in the perfect situation to test PixInsight's drizzle algorithm.
It allows to really enhance resolution using a technique developed for the HST images.
The subject is a classical for this season: the Elephant's trunk in Cepheus.
Unfortunatey the data were acquired from my town in a misty night wint the full Moon so there is a lot of noise and the S/N ratio is quite poor.
Anyway it is very interesting to compare the 2 X drizzled image with the normal upscaled image (see image B) the increase in resolution is obvious.
Finally I managed to get some extra data:
Revision A is the original image with 3.8 hour of integration revision C is the final release waiting for OIII and SII data.
