After spending a few months improving my acquisition skills I feel I am starting to be able to generate reasonably good quality material. I took about 25 lights of 3 minutes each. The resulting stars had eccentricity of 0.25 and virtually constant FWHM (about 4") across the full frame sensor of the Sony A7S. (RGB) The target was the Butterfly Nebula (Gamma Cygni), IC1318. Here is the result.
