Description

I pointed my telescope to capture the Dolphin nebula Sh2-308. This nebula is located in Canis Major constellation. It's composed of ionized Hydrogen due to presence of high energetic central star called Wolf-Rayet star. This star is in a pre-supernova phase. It expelled its outer shell to form this nebula. Gear setup: Celestron RASA 8, iOptron GEM 45 guided by ZWO Mini guide scope & ZWO 120MM-S, ZWO 533MC @ -10, IDAS NBZ Nebula Booster 2” Filter. Lights subs    50 x 180sec, Darks 20, Flats 20, Bias 50, total exposure 2.5 hours. Captured by APT, PhD2, Stacked in APP, processed in PI & PS. Imaged from Bortle sky class 4.
