Description

Here is my M 81 an M 82 taken over the last half year, always when its clear for a few hours.
It is my longest exposure project until now.

M81  is separat processed.

I hope you like it.

L: 236 x 120 sec, gain 0
R: 104 x 120 sec, gain 0
G: 76 x 120 sec, gain 0
B: 115 x 120 sec, gain 0

About this objects:
Messier 81 and Messier 82 are the brightest and most massive members of the cluster and, together with NGC 3077, are also true spatial neighbors that are in gravitational interaction with each other. They form the center of the galaxy cluster, which has a total mass of 1.6 x 10^12 solar masses.
