Hi all, I am waiting my filter to arrive so i can use it with my color camera. How do you mount your filter to the camera, by filter wheel or drawer or directly with an adapter or where exactly? My reducer has 2" mount to place the filter. How do you separate the channels or bands between Ha and OIII? If you shoot under light pollution sky [Bortle 8/9 mainly], what setting of camera do you use [Gain, offset, exposure,....] Do you see halo? I am planning to remove stars from any NB filters channel and go with RGB stars instead, so is halo from NB filters any big deal then? |

I mount it with a filter drawer as close as possible to the sensor. I then separate the channels using the dedicated tool in Astropixelprocessor (“Ha/Oiii extraction”). No halos so far on my images, shooting with a modified sony a7s and skywatcher 200PDS + baader MPCC coma corrector. |

| I use this filter with my Askar refractors for EAA. It's a challenging filter to use as I find I've had to up my game in order to get good captures in EAA timeframes (generally between 45 minutes to 120 minutes). I prefer it to my L-eNhance - I think it gives better colors and much better response to OIII. |
