Description

Picture done with 25 subs of 1min50 which is about the limit of single exposure time for the moment with ioptrion Skyguider. I had more than 60 subs but unfortunately high humidity in the sky and Moon light prevent me to keep most of them for the final stacking. Nevertheless, it is quite amazing what we can do with an uncooled OSC these days. The Canon 77D has been  modified by Richard Galli in France. I find RGB on NHC1499 often quite boring since there is lack of contrast in the nebula which comes out just "red" when doing standard processing. I tried to enhance a bit the contrast by playing with the RGB layers using separate starless masks for each colour layer. The pictures were done with f/2.4.
Hope you can enjoy the result.
