Description

I've been learning a bit more in PixInsight and really taking advantage of some of the amazing tools it has to offer. I'm very happy with this processing, but I know there is so much to learn still. I would love to hear some feedback and recommendations on what to focus on or how to improve. I feel like there's still some room to pull that dust out more. I'll keep learning and working on making each image better.

I recently shot this with my first Mono, but sadly don't have my filters or filter wheel just yet. In the meantime, I wanted to see it in color. It's always beautiful when targeting the Heart.

The Heart Nebula is an emission nebula about 7,500 (or 6,500?) light years from us, with a radius of 100 light years. It is located in the Perseus Arm of the galaxy within the Cassiopeia constellation.
