Description

Well, nothing too extraordinary, just patience to wait for the terminator to be in the right place to get this Roman Type Font X and V on the moon surface. It is an event that last not too long so you have to wait for the shadows to be in the right place to see these light and shadow effects.
Also while waiting for the moment, it reminds me when I was a child, and looking at the moon people told me many stories about the shapes you see in the moon's phase. On full moon you can see the the figure of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza... actually you can see whatever you want to, but is funny to remember that, because the moon was, perhaps, one of the more intriguing object for me as a child.

Another interesting feature is that in the lower portion of the image, if you see at max resolution, you will see what is called the Mare Humboldtianum, and its far side wall can only seen during the Libration movement, as you can simulate using the Virtual Moon Atlas, so it is cool to get that detail as well in the same capture.
