Description

From the same region I did my last time lapse, AR3311, but it has now created multiple sunspots and broken up into AR3313 and 3314 as well. In this short time-lapse from 1526 UTC to 1628UTC I caught the M2.6 flare that occurred just after 1600.

Due to the sprawling active region and proms, I used my 80mm refractor this time to get a wider field. Animation was comprised of 51 stacked video clips, 300 frames stacked from each, each 45 seconds with 45 second pause between.
