Description

I was inspired by some of the great images I've seen on Astrobin for this one, but I'll be darned if I can actually find any information on this astronomical object. BBW 56 refers to the H-alpha survey undertaken by Brand, Blitz and Wouterloot, and this object is also known as "The Mountain in Puppis", but other than that I haven't been able to find anything.

It is a very faint object that I struggled to capture with enough SNR to make a clean image, and it probably needs at least double the integration I did, but I think it still looks pretty neat.

Title: Additional 3.5 hrs of data and another crack at processing

Description: Was able to collect more data to bring out this very faint structure and tried a slightly different processing approach. Also applied a light touch of Topaz to the end to see what that's all about. I'm not entirely sold, but it does seem to help with final polish.
