Description

This heart of the Rosette nebula (Sh2-275) contains an open cluster (NGC2244) of young hot stars who's fiery and enegetic emmissions are sculpting the surrounding gas and dust creating many wondeful and inticate structures like pillars and globules as the lighter material is dispersed leaving the denser material and shapes behind.

This is the companion shot to the mid field shot previosuly posted,  with both images being captured in tandem using dual scopes on the mount and switching the D1/D2 filters between them during the meridian flip to capture data from both filters in each scope that night.
